By purchasing any advertising package from Hokyo Ads, advertisers agree to these Terms and Conditions. Hokyo Ads reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Advertising Packages
Advertisers may choose from three package options: Start-Up Ads, Business Ads, and Enterprise Ads. Each package includes specific features outlined at the time of purchase. Packages and rates are subject to change.

3. Payment Terms
All payments for advertising packages must be made in advance. Invoices will be provided, and payment terms will be outlined in the advertising agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in a delay or cancellation of the ad campaign.

4. Ad Content Approval
All ad content must be approved by Hokyo Ads before publication. We reserve the right to reject or request changes to any ad content that does not meet our content standards or violates our policies. Advertisers must ensure content adheres to applicable laws and does not infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Campaign Duration and Placement
The duration and placement of ads depend on the chosen package and are not guaranteed outside of the agreed terms. Hokyo Ads will make all reasonable efforts to ensure ads are displayed as specified, but does not guarantee exact impressions or reach.

6. Content Standards
Ads must comply with Hokyo Ads’ content guidelines and should not contain explicit, offensive, or misleading material. Hokyo Ads reserves the right to remove ads that violate content standards without refund.

7. Clickable Links and CTA
Clickable links and CTAs are included for premium users only, as specified in each package. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that links and CTAs direct viewers to a secure and relevant webpage.

8. Metrics and Reporting
Upon request, Hokyo Ads may provide basic metrics on campaign performance, but detailed analytics or guaranteed engagement levels are not included unless specified in the package.

9. Liability and Indemnification
Hokyo Ads is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from ad content, technical issues, or interruptions. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Hokyo Ads harmless from any claims related to their ad content.

10. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are violated. In cases of termination, Hokyo Ads reserves the right to remove ads immediately and may refund a portion of the payment, depending on the campaign stage.

11. Governing Law
